The corner of Troy St. and 4th St. is home to Mark Ridley’s Comedy Castle, one of metro Detroit’s premier comedy clubs. Comedy greats such as Jerry Seinfeld, Jay Leno, Ellen DeGeneres, Jim Gaffigan and Tim Allen have all graced the Comedy Castle stage. The club’s intimate setting allows comedians to get personal with the crowd and to better tailor jokes to the audience. The club is also a great place for a date night or for a gathering of friends who are looking for a good laugh.
Headliners perform every Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. And if you think you’ve got a killer set, call ahead to schedule a performance during Wednesday open mic nights.
