The Huron-Clinton Metroparks are the perfect spot for nature lovers and for those looking to take advantage of a Pure Michigan day. The parks provide both recreational and educational opportunities among their combined 25,000 acres. All 13 Metroparks are open 365 days and offer year-round, outdoor activities, including more than 55 miles of paved hike/bike trails and seven regulation golf courses as well as 14 miles of Great Lakes shoreline.

Ten of the parks feature full-service interactive centers that provide on-and off-site nature, farms and historical programs. Visit to see the environmental commitment the Huron-Clinton Metroparks have made through programs and initiatives supported by Michigan’s Department of Natural Resources. The parks are conveniently located around the metro Detroit area in Livingston, Macomb, Oakland, Washtenaw and Wayne counties.
