John K. King began his book trading back in 1965 as a teenager and has continually advanced in the trade ever since. John K. King Used & Rare Books is a bookstore out of its time. They currently reside in the former Advanced Glove Factory, where over a million books take up the sprawling four floors. The uncomputerized collection creates a unique shopping experience as no title is searchable, and each floor has its own manager. The shop welcomes customers to get lost in their maze of books.
