When the snow begins to melt and the weather starts to warm up, there are many opportunities to get out of the house, both in and around Detroit.

Eastern Market Flower Day

Each year since 1967, Flower Day has happened the Sunday after Mother’s Day. Fifteen acres of different flower varieties fill Eastern Market on the busiest weekend of the year. This year, it will occur on May 20th from 7am-5pm.
